In Málaga shooting "Revelation" the Opera Prima of Néstor F. Dennis, produced by Loasur, Dennisbros and Chema Asensi. An ambitious project that will be shot between Spain and New York, in English, while waiting for Banderas' Production Company to give Dennis the green light for "Broken Day" (Día Roto). Carlotta got the lead female role of Lua, a Brazilian tattoo designer that lives in NYC during a time when demons are conquering the world.

After a week in Madrid meeting Casting Directors and visiting Production Companies like Globomedia Carlotta flew to London for some agency intros. Her decision is to stay based in Spain for a while and reintroduce herself to the European Market after years away.

Carlotta's graduation party is today. She completed the Full Time Program with William at The William Esper Studio. She is leaving tonight to Putney, Vermont for a 3 day shoot of "Love Poetics" and after flying to Costa Rica for a promotional shoot.

It is proudly announced that the Catalan Indie Comedy Feature Film, "Whatever happens", got accepted to the New York international Film Festival, the Moscow Film Festival and has been at the Marché du Film in a Market screening in the Cannes Film Festival

Casted for the short film "Love Poetics" by John Bosch, which will be followed by the two Features: "The lost Album", a prequel to the next film "Plastic Island". In this Film Carlotta will be a teacher that lives trying to forget an old love of hers, inspired by Federico Garcia Lorca's Poems this will be an experimental Film

Today Carlotta begins her four hour a day boxing training with legendary Hector Roca in the Gleason's Gym, located after the Brooklyn Bridge. In this Gym champions like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes, Sugar Ray Leonard, Wilfred Benitez, Roberto Duran, Lennox Lewis and Arturo Gatti were trained. Moreover, Robert De Niro for “Raging Bull,” Wesley Snipes for “Streets of Gold,” John Leguizamo for “Undefeated,” Willem Dafoe for “Triumph of the Spirit,” Michelle Rodriguez for “Girlfight” and Hilary Swank for “Million Dollar Baby"

After last Thursday's exciting phone call Barcelona-New York and today's wonderful meeting Carlotta got confirmed to be part of the cast in Feature Film "IT-FR-ES". She will be Lana "la Medusa" Gonzalez, a clandestine Boxer, one of the leads, an amazing character work. This will be an acidic comedy, from the classic Film Noir. a good movie. The story is about a bag filled with false money that must be transported from Italy to Spain

Congratulations to The Black Keys, winners of the Breakthrough Video Award at last night's MTV Video Music Awards. For the video that I'm in "Tighten Up," off their latest Nonesuch release, Brothers, won the award in a field that also included past winners Coldplay ("Strawberry Swing") and Gorillaz ("Stylo"), as well as Dan Black ("Symphonies"). The band was on the road as the awards ceremony took place last night in Los Angeles, continuing their US tour with Kings of Leon and The Whigs.

Carlotta is flying to Barcelona for 5 days to shoot Chapter Zero (pilot) of the NY based Spanish TV series. She got casted to play Sofia, the protagonist. Carlotta decided to decline the invitation to study at Actors Studio after reading William Esper's book: "The Actors Art and Craft". After an interview with him and applying for the full time course she is today starting her classes with Bill at William Esper Studio. This is a Master class, he is inspirational!

Accepted to the MFA Acting Program of Actors Studio, after doing an audition with over 300 other applicants. Only 40 were accepted. She was training for the Audition during the last 2 weeks with her coach Gary Swanson (with whom she studies before the Lee Strasberg Method)

Carlotta got the female lead in a feature-length Catalan comedy about love, sex and marriage set in Girona, Catalunya. Her character, Monica, is the perfect mother and wife going through a weekend of chaos to fire up the spark in her marriage. Marcel Tomàs (Cascai Teatre) will be the co-star, her husband. Written, Directed and Produced by Robert Bellsolà (Aiguaviva Films) this will be a indie film in catalan and done without subventions

Today at 4pm & 7pm Carlotta performs as the lead actress in the Opera, "The Empty Hours" (Las Horas Vacias) composed by Ricardo Llorca. Within this Renaissance Opera, Carlotta will be the protagonist, the woman, reciting the monologues which represent the consciousness of the woman, the now and here. The sub-conscious counterpart of her character is portrayed through the singing of the Puerto-Rican Soprano, Maria Reyes. Backed by a piano, 15 wind instruments and a 15 person mixed choir, Llorca's masterpiece explores a very contemporary theme: online chatting to cure loneliness
